Aware of the specific realities of the performing arts sector, CAPAS makes it its duty to give back time and energy to its community to support structuring initiatives and start-up creators. Thus, the label has a pro bono policy and reduced rates for individual artists to do its part in the future of dance. CAPAS gives back part of its profits to the community in the form of free services such as mentoring, administrative support and donated work time. Throughout its history, the label has had the privilege of receiving the support of many actors in the cultural sector; we feel it is important to continue this chain of generosity to make our sector a space that rises as one in a united gesture.
