How to grow up in a constantly changing world?
MIKRO , Cas Public's new creation, delves into the great adventure of learning. Combining dance, language, and music, the work explores the sensitive foundations of self-construction with aplomb and virtuosity.

Three axes intertwine. First, the game of cuckoo, the first awakening to absence and return, which nourishes the child's imagination. Then the acquisition of words, anchored by the verb to be, which structures thought and forges identity. Finally, the music, inspired by Béla Bartók's Mikrokosmos - both a musical work and a method designed to introduce his son to the piano - becomes the soundtrack to this poetic journey.
Created by Hélène Blackburn and Cai Glover, this creation leads us to be, appear and disappear, questioning the ephemerality of the things in life. Through a hypnotizing dialogue between movement, speech and sign language, MIKRO gives shape to the invisible and gives rhythm to the space of apparitions and metamorphoses, where each gesture unveils the mysterious meaning of becoming.
MIKRO is a playful, sensory voyage, an invitation to see differently, to listen differently, to feel fully. With this work, Cas Public continues the momentum of its last thirty years, in which wonder never ceases to surprise all audiences, young and old. This inventive, accessible and resolutely contemporary proposal is imprinted on us, without ever disappearing.
